The ban will apply until elimination of revealed violations and drawbacks in their activities
The national Commission on securities and stock market (NCSSM) has banned 16 March 2018 trading in the securities of 12 companies. About it reports a press-Department service. “For 2017 and January 2018 in the OTC market was active trading in securities of these issuers. Last year the total volume of trading with them was more than 15 billion UAH, in January – 2.9 billion UAH. At the same time, on the basis of existing Commission data, it was determined that price fluctuations for these securities amounted to hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of percent”, – told in the securities Commission.

The above securities were assets 96 investment funds, the total estimated value of such securities amounted to 1.8 billion UAH. In particular, 30 ISI had assets of more than 10 percent of such securities.
In all the aforementioned issuers were identified significant violations of the requirements of the legislation on the submission, making or publication of financial statements. “The lack of reliable information on the activities of the issuers bears the risk for investors, by definition, objective prices of transactions with securities”, – said in the Commission.
